建设项目档案工作从双套制走向单套制的破圈之路

摘要

在数字化转型背景下，建设项目档案管理信息化建设不断发展，档案工作模式如何从双套制破圈走向单套制成为亟待研究解决的问题。本文旨在通过案例分析，探索建设项目档案实现单套制管理的路径与方式，总结转型策略和单套制档案管理的优势与可行性，并提出建设项目档案单套管理的研究思路，为建设项目档案管理的数字化转型提供理论和实践支撑。

Abstract

Under the background of digital transformation, the informatization construction of construction project archives management continues to develop, and how to change the archival work mode from a double-set system to a single-set system has become an urgent problem to be studied and solved. The purpose of this paper is to explore the path and method of realizing the single-set management of construction project archives through case analysis, and summarize the advantages and feasibility of transformation strategies and single-set file management, and provides a research idea for the management of a single set of construction project archives and provides theoretical and practical support for the digital transformation of construction project archives management.
