摘要

随着人工智能与算法系统在社会各领域的广泛应用,算法的归档保存成为档案学界必须重视的问题。本文基于国内外相关文献,从数字化转型与社会正义的双重语境出发,阐明了“算法档案”概念构建的理论与现实需求。通过对现有理论与实践的梳理,提出“算法档案”的内涵不仅包括算法本身的静态结构和算法运行轨迹,还应包括算法政策记录。为使“算法档案”概念转化为可操作、可解释的学术对象,进一步分析其区别于一般数字档案的五大核心特征,并在此基础上提出“算法档案”的治理理念与实现机制。“算法档案”概念的提出有望为档案学科在国家治理、社会信任等多维领域的介入提供新的理论视角和实践路径。

Abstract

With the widespread application of artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems across various sectors of society, the archiving and preservation of algorithms has become a crucial issue that the archival community must address. Based on relevant domestic and international literature, this paper clarifies the theoretical and practical needs for constructing the concept of "algorithmic archives" from the dual context of digital transformation and social justice. Through a review of existing theories and practices, it is argued that the connotation of "algorithmic archives" should include not only the static structure and operational trajectory of the algorithm itself, but also the records of algorithmic policies. To transform the concept of "algorithmic archives" into an operable and interpretable academic object, this paper further analyzes its five core characteristics that distinguish it from general digital archives, and proposes the governance philosophy and implementation mechanism for "algorithmic archives". The introduction of the concept of "algorithmic archives" is expected to provide new theoretical perspectives and practical pathways for the archival discipline's involvement in multidimensional areas such as national governance and social trust.
