技术-场景视角下人工智能在档案管理中的应用现状分析

摘要
系统梳理人工智能在我国档案管理中应用的实际情况,对于探索新一代信息技术与档案工作的深度融合具有重要价值。借助频数统计、共现矩阵、聚类分析等方法,分析通过公开渠道收集的54个人工智能技术应用案例,从技术与场景视角揭示人工智能在我国档案工作中的应用现状。在技术视角下,计算机视觉、自然语言处理和机器学习等技术的应用最为广泛,在技术应用上呈现出以档案信息为应用对象,技术实施交叉融合,技术采纳体现普遍趋势的特征。在场景视角下,检索、数据化转换和整理是最主要的应用场景,应用场景呈现出以数字化为基础、以利用为导向的特征。

Abstract
Systematically sorting out the actual situation of the application of artificial intelligence in China's archives management is of great value for exploring the in-depth integration of the new generation of information technology and archive work. With the help of frequency statistics, co-occurrence matrix, cluster analysis and other methods, analyzing 54 AI technology application cases collected from public channels can reveal the current situation of AI application in China's archive work from the perspective of technology and scene. Under the technology perspective, computer vision, natural language processing and machine learning are the most widely used technologies, and the technological application presents the characteristics of taking archival information as the application object, cross-fertilization of technological implementation, and technological adoption embodying the universal trend. Under the scenario perspective, retrieval, data conversion and organization are the most important application scenarios, and the application scenarios present the characteristics of digitalization-based and utilization-oriented.
