摘要
随着数字技术与可持续发展理念的深度融合,档案资源长期保存的数字化绿色化协同转型成为档案管理领域的重要议题。本研究依据技术—组织—环境(TOE)理论框架,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,系统探讨了影响档案资源长期保存数字化绿色化协同转型的关键因素及其组态效应。研究发现,档案资源长期保存的数字化绿色化协同转型受绿色信息技术、数字保存技术策略、组织形式、多主体协同合作、政策环境、标准规范等关键因素影响,而且呈现多因素交互的组态效应,不同影响因素组合形成差异化转型路径,即“技术—环境”驱动型、“组织—环境”推动型、“技术—组织—环境”联动型。基于研究结果,有针对性地提出档案资源长期保存数字化绿色化协同转型的差异化策略,为具有不同资源禀赋的档案机构提供参考。

Abstract
With the deep integration of digital technology and the sustainable development concept, the digital-green collaborative transformation for long-term preservation of archive resources has become a key issue in archive management. Based on the technology-organization-environment framework, this study uses the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore key factors and their configurational effects on this transformation. The findings reveal that the digital-green collaborative transformation is influenced by green information technology, digital preservation technology strategy, organizational form, multi-agent collaboration, policy environment, and standards and specifications. Moreover, it demonstrates interactive configurational effects, with different factor combinations forming three distinct transformation pathways, namely, "technology-environment" driven pathway, "organization-environment" driven pathway, and "technology-organization-environment" interactive pathway. Based on research findings, targeted strategies are proposed to support the digital-green collaborative transformation of archival preservation, which can serve as a reference for archival institutions with varying resource endowments.
