协衡档与技 赋能可持续 彰显未来观——2025档案年会主题折射国内外档案工作的最新特点和趋势

摘要
综观2025年国内外档案年会主题发现，档案事业未来观已成为当前国内外档案工作的共同观念导向，凸显出全球档案事业的前瞻性思考与实践趋势。一方面，档案数据治理未来观强调实现专业与技术的平衡协同，既需充分发挥技术工具理性激活档案数据治理，又需从档案专业的价值理性予以考量，驱动技术应用纠偏；另一方面，可持续发展未来观重视深化档案与社会的双向赋能，一是以赋能社会可持续发展为档案事业发展的目标导向，二是加强档案倡导，让社会各项事业赋能档案事业可持续发展。

Abstract
An overview of the themes of the 2025 archival annual conference at home and abroad reveals that the future view of the archival career has become a common conceptual orientation, highlighting the forward-looking thinking and practical trends in the global archival career. On one hand, the future view of archival data governance emphasizes the realization of a balanced synergy between professionalism and technology. It not only needs to give full play to the rationality of technological tools to activate archival data governance, but also needs to be considered from the rationality of the value of the archival profession to drive the application of technology to correct the biases. On the other hand, the future view of sustainable development attaches importance to the deepening of the two-way empowerment of archives and society. One is to empower the sustainable development of society as the goal-oriented development of the archives, and the other is to strengthen archival advocacy, so that all social undertakings can empower the sustainable development of archives.
