人工智能生成内容(AIGC)驱动下的智慧档案建设研究:应用场景、风险挑战与解决路径

摘要
生成式人工智能技术的飞速发展为智慧档案建设提供了发展契机。本文通过对智慧档案进行理论溯源,分析智能技术背景下的智慧档案运作框架;结合人工智能生成内容的技术优势,探讨其在智慧档案建设中的应用场域,即通过智能技术强化档案信息识别,提升信息集成转化水平,拓宽知识示能场景及赋能虚实交互。但智能技术的接入也可能导致档案数据失真、数据审核和组织管理困难、内容生成和信息服务引发争议及社会舆情危机等问题出现。建议建立完善的数据监管与保障体系,健全职能管理权责指标,构建合理示能空间,完善人机协同发展体系,推动智慧档案高质量发展。

Abstract
The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology presents a development opportunity for the construction of smart archives. By tracing the theory of smart archives, this paper analyzes the operational framework of smart archives in the context of intelligent technology; Combined with the technical advantages of generative AI content, the paper explores its application field in the construction of smart archives. That is, through intelligent technology to strengthen the identification of archival information, enhance the level of information integration and transformation, broaden the knowledge demonstration scene as well as empower the virtual and real interaction. However, the access of intelligent technology may also lead to problems such as distortion of archival data, difficulties in data audit and organization management, disputes over content generation and information services, and crises in social public opinion. It is recommended to improve the data supervision and protection system, enhance the functional management authority and responsibility indicators, create a reasonable space for demonstrating energy, and establish a human-machine synergistic development system, so as to promote the high-quality development of intelligent archives.
