摘要
第十九届国际档案大会在阿联酋首都阿布扎比召开，本届大会以“丰富知识社会”为主题，会议规模空前，为来自全球各国的档案学者和档案管理人员提供交流互鉴的平台。本文以大会所有主题报告的作者和题目为研究对象，从宏观和微观两个维度分析当前国际档案事业的发展动向，并从立足文明视角、拓展档案价值，直面时代挑战、主动应变求变，分享中国经验、共建国际方案三个方面阐发对我国档案事业的启示。

Abstract
The 19th Congress of International Council on Archives was held in ABU Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, with the theme of "Enriching Knowledge Societies". The congress was an unprecedented event, providing a platform for archivists from all over the world to exchange and learn from each other. This paper is a study of the authors and titles of all keynote presentations at the conference, which analyzes the current development trend of international archival undertakings from both macro and micro dimensions. This paper explores ways to enhance the value of archives from a civilizational standpoint, addresses contemporary challenges with proactive adaptation, and shares Chinese experiences to contribute to international initiatives, providing insights into the development of archives in China.
