档案国际标准化工作：概况、趋势与经验启示

摘要

国际标准是全球的“通用语言”，加强档案国际标准化工作是落实国家标准化发展战略、推动档案事业高质量发展的重要组成部分。本文着眼于档案国际标准化工作，发现其在关注数字化转型、设计思维应用、跨领域融合方面呈现发展趋势，在指明我国相关工作改进方向基础上提出如下建议：夯实标准化发展基础、关注新技术发展、推动标准实施。

Abstract

International standard is the global "common language", and strengthening the international standardization of records is an important part of implementing the national standardization development strategy and promoting the high-quality development of archival enterprise. This paper focuses on the international standardization of records and finds its development trend in focusing on digital transformation, application of the thinking of "by design", and cross-domain integration. Based on pointing out the improvement direction of relevant work in China, the following suggestions are proposed: consolidating the foundation of standardization development, focusing on the development of new technologies and promoting the implementation of standards.
