摘要

数字环境下的保管职能转变是档案后保管理论的核心议题之一。本文采用文献调研与内容分析等方法，研究后保管理论对档案保管思维的重塑与拓展过程。后保管理论对档案保管思维的重塑体现为思想层面和实践层面的双重质变：一是构建数字世界的“无墙档案馆”理念，二是从集中向多元演进的保管模式之变。后保管理论对档案保管思维的拓展体现为主体视角和方法视角的双重转向：一是协同共治，从保管到共管的多主体参与；二是计算赋能，基于技术驱动的自保管思想萌发。由此得出数字时代我国档案保管实践创新发展的现实启示：树立跨越机构边界的协同保管理念，实行集中管控下的多元保管模式，充分应用科技优势创新保管活动。

Abstract

The transformation of custody function of archives in digital environment is one of the core issues of post-custodial theory. Through literature investigation and content analysis, this paper analyzes the process of the reconstruction and expansion of the custody thinking of digital archives by the post-custodial theory. The reconstruction of custody thinking is embodied in the dual qualitative change at the ideological level and the practical level: one is to build the concept of "archives without walls" in the digital world; the other is to change the custody mode from centralization to pluralism. The expansion is reflected in the double turn of the agent perspective and the method perspective: one is the collaborative co-governance, which involves multiple participation from custody to co-custody; the other is the computational enablement, which forms the technology-driven self-custody idea. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the innovative development of Chinese archival custody practices in digital era: establishing the collaborative custody concept across institutional boundaries, implementing multiple custody models under centralized control, and making full use of technological advantages to innovate custody activities.
