数据管理视角下我国档案著录规则重构探析

摘要

随着信息化进程的推进，从档案的生命周期角度出发，档案管理各方面已逐步融入数据管理的范畴，越来越朝着智能化利用方向演变，这对档案的知识表示提出了更高的要求。档案著录是揭示档案内容的重要手段，在实现知识组织方面具有重要的推动作用。本文基于数据管理视角，分析当前档案著录规则面临的挑战及我国档案著录规则理念更新的迫切性，参考国际档案理事会RiC档案著录标准，从知识表示和知识关联的角度出发探讨重构我国档案著录规则技术框架的路径。

Abstract

With the advancement of information technology, from the perspective of the life cycle of archives, all aspects of archives management have gradually integrated into the scope of data management, and are increasingly evolving towards intelligence use, which puts forward higher requirements for the knowledge representation of archives. Archival Description is an important means to reveal the contents of archives and plays an important role in realizing knowledge organization. Based on the perspective of data management, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by current Archival Description Rules and the urgency of updating the concept of Archival Description Rules in China, and discusses the path of reconstructing the technical framework of Archival Description Rules in China from the perspective of knowledge representation and knowledge association with reference to the RiC archival description standard of the International Archives Council.
