传统村落档案管理多元利益主体间的共生演化模式研究——基于对内蒙古P市传统村落调研的分析

摘要
随着农村经济快速发展与传统村落档案完善保护之间的矛盾日益突出，参与传统村落档案管理与开发的利益主体增多，且都有自己的逻辑思维和利益追求，利益观念被空前强化，利益关系逐渐变得复杂。本文基于利益相关者视角，理顺了传统村落档案保护在共生性发展过程中的相关利益主体，有效辨识各利益主体的价值取向，认为各利益主体之间存在共生的可能性，这种共生并非传统意义上的拼凑、组合、整合，而是聚合、集合、有机的实践过程。因此，整体、和谐、共生的价值取向成为主流，这种取向也是传统村落档案多元利益主体共生演化模式的动力源泉。

Abstract
With the increasingly prominent contradiction between the rapid development of rural economy and the improvement and protection of traditional village archives, the number of stakeholders involved in the management and development of traditional village archives has increased, and each has its own logical thinking and interest pursuit. The concept of interest has been strengthened unprecedentedly, and the interest relationship has gradually become complicated. Based on the perspective of stakeholders, this paper rationalizes the stakeholders in the symbiotic development of traditional village archives protection, and effectively identifies the value orientation of each stakeholder. It is believed that there is a possibility of symbiosis among various stakeholders. This symbiosis is not a process of patchwork, combination and integration in the traditional sense, but a process of aggregation, collection and organic practice. Therefore, the value orientation of wholeness, harmony and symbiosis has become the mainstream, which is also the power source of the symbiotic evolution model of the multi-stakeholders in traditional village archives.
